… For years I have suffered terrible insomnia and seem to always wake in the early hours of the morning with too much energy to sleep. Then I’m awake for a couple of hours so I only get another two or so more hours to sleep. I was often so tired in the morning I struggled to keep my eyes open at work.
Since I quit eating refined sugar I sleep through the night and actually have energy to exercise when I come home from work!
I’m now tired enough to go to sleep at a reasonable hour and can’t wait to get to bed. I can hardly believe it but it has to be quitting the sugar in my diet and I am so grateful.”
